Assessor Comments
These are a very reluctant dispersal sale due to change in farm operations. Cattle have been selected over the years to form a herd of breeders ideal for joining to a Speckle Park Bull achieving fast maturing weaners with high quality meat traits . Pinzgauer cows produce superior hybrid vigour when crossed with British breeds like Speckle Park. Pinzgauers’ are a multipurpose breed which are ideal mothers with their high milk production producing fast growing calves with good marbling and more meat when crossed with a Speckle Park bull. Pinzgauers’ are also an attractive proposition with a very long productive lifetime of up to 16-18 years. **As seen in Photo of calves that were weaned at 5 months at assesment, the calves are sired by the bull that these cows are joined to, Blue Speckle Park Eagle BSP P07 has outstanding EBV'S with superior 200,400 & 600 day weight gains please note buyers there was one cow with a calcified lump on jaw. please see photos and make your own judgment.
