All cows are in store to strong store condition. They just had big weaners taken off them plus an extended period in and through the yards. Should be no issues with transport if correct procedures are followed.

Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cows were ok to handle throughout the yards leading up to the race and crush. In the crush, five were moderately agitated and two head highly agitated while being assessed and exited quickly. They all settled once in the yard and left alone. When being moved for photos and videos they were settled with nothing aggressive but as a mob they did not like excessive pressure and just needed to be handled watchfully.

Assessor Comments
A fair through to very good quality line of young rising three year old PTIC cows. They are vet pregnancy tested in calf to Tex Angus bulls with a mix of blue tag (less than 4 months) and red tag (greater than 4 months) from a 10 week joining beginning on 01/11/2023. They are mostly medium to large frame and are in store condition. The cows were yarded on Sunday and had good quality weaners removed that day. They were then kept in yards until preg testing on Monday and then were in a holding paddock the night prior to assessing. The assessed weight was considered a partially curfewed weight. The cows are in calf to good quality Tex Angus bulls (ID's provided) and a list of the cows EID and preg test tag is available on request. These are young functional cows in calf to quality Angus bulls with plenty of years of breeding left ahead of them.
