Drafted in an old set of dairy yards with a concrete floor, I thought they handled really well. The unsettled animals in crush quickly calmed down when back in mob. Video will display this behaviour.

Assessor Comments
Presenting a complete dispersal of Stecher Ag Commercial Breeding herd. Regretful sale of quiet, fertile breeders that are sound and right. Selling due to a refocus into the cropping side of the business. Cattle have been low maintenance and easy care which was paramount as a large portion of their life has been on agistment in Gippsland and the Monaro. As first calvers last year these females endured a particularly difficult winter and were well down in condition entering the spring, now benefiting from harvested crop paddocks cattle have quickly improved and now present in perfect calving condition. Texas and Temania Angus sons were used in joining period. Being the youngest breeders offered and vendor bred they are a longer term proposition. 156 breeders across 6 lots in two locations.
