Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Cattle were easy to handle whilst in the yards. They became slightly agitated as they were unfamiliar with the process and lots of people in the yards, but quickly settled down. There was very little trouble moving the cattle up the race and during the weighing and assessing process. 2 head became slightly stirry in the yards and the crush, as they had only recently been preg tested. They quickly settled once rejoined with the mob.

Assessor Comments
Presenting a very smart line of PTIC Heifers on behalf of the Orton family of Bowmans Forest. Heifers are only being offered due to high pregnancy test rates and are surplus to requirements. These medium to large framed heifers are joined to a moderate birthweight Black Aqua Angus Bull Q9, with positive marbling and high growth rates inside the top 10% making the calves ideal to grow into heavy weaners. Heifers are 4 to 6 months in calf and are due to start calving on the 2nd September, making them ideal to add to an existing breeding program. Please see media for full satisfaction.
