1 heifer did become agitated and ran about in yards. Some other heifers did run about in yards but were able to be blocked up.
They do have young calves at foot and need to be handled quietly.

A good line of young heifers with calves at foot. Heifers are Brahman, Droughtmaster, Brangus, Charbray type heifers. (Please see photos for breed description). Calves by Droughtmaster and Santa bulls. 10 calves - 8 female, 2 male weighted from 37 to 65 kg to average 45kgs. Heifers have nee running back with Santa bull but would not expect any to be back in calf. Mouthed 2 heifers - 1 x No:8 - 4th, 1 x No:9 - 6th, balance of heifers are on 1st calf. Some heifers did run about in yards but handled quietly, worked through yards and crush okay. 1 heifer did become agitated under pressure. Good young heifers with good calves at foot. Note - 1 heifer has dog bite on hind leg. Vendor will give free delivery within 200klm radius in tick free district. Note - vendor has another line of cows and calves and a lot of PTIC cows this sale.
