Cows were quiet to handle in the yards, 1 cow presented stirry after the process of being preg tested. In the crush only 2 presented as slightly stirry whilst in the head bail however overall the cows were easy to handle.

Vendor is presenting a good quality line of 37 Poll Hereford cows with 37 calves at foot by Droughtmaster bulls. 15 cows were preg tested back in calf being 2-4 months in calf and remaining 2 cows being 5-6 months including the dry cow. 1 cow presented dry but has been preg tested in calf. Whilst there is a dry cow, it is believed their is 1 cow with twins. These cows have been constantly running with Valera Vale Droughtmaster bulls and have been preg tested by a vet. These cows have presented well given the last few seasons of drought with rain breaking the cycle in April. The cows have continued to produce good strong calves. At assessment 1 cow presented with fluid on the knee, however this did not hinder her ability to walk. Also noted that 1 cow had a small growth on the eye not affecting her vision. 7 cows presented with a cloudy eye believed not to be detrimental. Overall a well presented line of cows and calves with age still on their side.
