Assessor Comments
Dispersal of the Cobb cows as this property has been sold. These are the cows all PTIC greater than 4 months(Red Tags). These cows are outstanding large frame cows, deep sided and heaps of bone, just look at the weight in them and they have just weaned 270kgs weaners. The exact age of each cow is unknown but all old cows were sold off during the drought, so these are predominatley younger to middle age cows, all were mouthed and strong mouths found. There are a few issues with some of the cows, but i believe its just cause of their weight some of them, 2 cows were a bit stiff when walking, 3 cows did have either a long front or back toe, 2 cows had a slight bottle teat or bad quarter. Still with all these things they have raised outstanding weaners and these can be seen in the weaner sale. They are all in calf to hereford bulls from Kaludah hereford stud.
