22 EU Angus CXC. Cows 8 & 9 Yrs. (16 x8yrs and 6 x9yrs). CAF by Hazeldean bulls. Cows Talooby Angus blood. Cows Av 598Kg at assessment and present in forward store tending prime condition. Medium to large frame females that breed very good quality feeders and have in recent years been fattening to domestic kill weights. Cows mouthed had good sound mouth to broken mouths. Calves (14 strs and 8 heifers Av 84kg) were marked at assessment. These cows have been mothered by the vendor. These are proven breeders that have bred through the drought and have produced a calf every year. Several cows noted with mild and worse than mild pink eye scarring. 1 hd noted with 2 eyes scarred but vision seems to be fine for the purpose of breeding. Cows quiet to handle and processed well. Cows are usually sold with CAF at this age in this enterprise.
