The score 1 cows in the mob present in strong store condition able to travel long distances if fit to load guide lines are followed. They either have a large weaner following them or are putting all they have into their calf.

These cows move very freely through the yards and require very little pressure to yard up or feed through the round yard when drafting or when being run up the race & into the crush. Stirry & Slightly Stirry cows were from being asked to wait in the race/crush while being assessed & when being drafted through the pound. These cows do look for a gate to get out when isolated in the pound by themselves. Cattle that have been handled by good stockmen/women.

A REGRETFUL SALE. Buyers an opportunity to purchase 67 x 69 cows & calves with a foot in the till due to the size of the weaner calves. A one brand line of cows purchased ex: Rosehearty Grazing out of the Roma Saleyards in March 2023 as PTIC cows or cows with calves at foot. There will be 2 calves/weaners given in. Good quality large to medium framed Santa & Santa cross cows that are doing a very good job on their good quality Santa & Santa cross weaners/calves. 24 steer calves averaged 249kg, 36 heifer calves averaged 214kg & 9 bull calves averaged 162kg. Very stylish weaners show good breed characteristics, bone, length & weight for age. An opportunity to purchase a line of cows & calves to join to the bull of your choice for breeding purposes or to split & turnover. Please factor all noted traits into your bidding. It must also be noted all but 5 cows are from 3-8 years old so stacks of life left in them yet.
