Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Generally a good mob of cows to work and handle. Odd cow will get up a trot if pushed too hard. I had no trouble drafting reject cows out of mob in a big open yard. Not house cows but in no way offensive either.

Assessor Comments
A very nice line of mixed age PTIC Angus cows from one of the most well renowned herds on the central tablelands. As mentioned earlier in assessment these cows missed having a calf last year due to a bull failure across an entire mob. With the excess feed we had last spring were easily retained and rejoined for an autumn calving. Obviously due to no calf and big season these girls are carrying plenty of condition on their backs now so will run on the smell of an oily rag for the next month or two. Preg tested up to calve from the end of February through to mid May, however, the vast majority of the cows will calve through March - April with only four or five cows in the later period. Age identified via their management tags, these ladies are in the prime of their lives, to keep or to trade worthy of a close inspection.
