These heifers are always handled quietly and respond well to this approach . The odd heifer jogs through an open gate and the odd heifer moved around on the scales. They are Bos Indicus cattle and when handle correctly are a good to handle .

A quality line of PTIC Droughtmaster Heifers that are 2-4 months in calf to Palgrove Ultrablack bulls (recently averaged $19k at their annual sale) . Theses are the lighter red more traditional Droughtmaster types with the vendor having another 26 heifers in the same sale of the darker red colour. The heifers are good to handle and will make great breeding units for many years.
