Cows were very good to handle. Two cows did show a small amount of run when in tight confines of force yard and were keen to move off weighing platform, but generally they were very easy and good to handle.

Assessor Comments
A well bred draft of young spring calving Angus cows and calves, not rejoined. Cows were acquired 3 years ago account the breeder as weaner heifers to form foundation of small breeding operation. They are Coolana blood, med-large frame with one head noted as smaller, presenting in predominantly forward store condition with second Angus calf at foot. Cows are just cleaning up in the coat after a tough, wet winter and the calves present in fresh condition and have been marked and received 5-in-1 vaccine. They would normally be joined to bull now, however vendor has opted to leave bull out, but present in ideal condition for prospective purchaser to join upon arrival. Genuine reason for sale, as vendor has made the decision to expand sheep operation leading to the sale of spring calving cows. A good chance to acquire nicely bred, ideally presented young Angus cows with calves at foot to supplement herd or start operation.
