Assessor Comments
A line of very well bred Black Angus PTIC heifers, April/May 2022 drops , 494 kg average, curfewed. 2 tag colours as a farm management tool, due to running in two mobs, up until preg-testing. This is a complete drop of PTIC black Angus heifers. The vendor is downsizing, and will keep the Red Angus portion of the herd.
A very small number of heifers showing white udders, and one heifer has a white eye, which is not considered to be in any way detrimental to her performance. She can be withdrawn, if the purchaser so wishes.
These heifers are of quiet temperament, and are a pleasure to work with. The odd one did stir up a bit in the crush, however, but quickly settled down again. They are due to calve in February/March 2024 and were preg-tested by a registered Vet on 31st August, 2023. They have been joined to Tooperangus AA and Jillangelo Red Angus bulls, from 10th May to 1st Sept. They will present in very good forward order.
