Temperament is a real feature of these heifers. These cattle are properly handled from the start, yard weaned and use to being moved through race and crush. Whilst taking photos the cattle were comfortable with people walking through them and pushing them around. Exceptionally quiet cattle that are a pleasure to handle.

Assessor Comments
The Simpson family have been breeding Angus cattle for many years and are passionate about producing cattle to suit their breeding needs but also perform in the feedlot or grass-fed markets. Bulls are selected annually, that are structurally sound, have good temperament and fleshing ability. A high importance is also placed on growth rates, maternal traits & positive fats. The mature cows are large frame, deep bodied cows. These heifers should mature into excellent breeders providing quality progeny for many years to come. (NB: 200 weaners offered in the weaner sale today great example of the quality of the Simpson herd)
