Assessor Comments
An excellent opportunity to secure a line of one mark Poll Hereford Future Breeder Heifers over three lots. Quamby Plains have been breeding Poll Hereford bulls for many years resulting in an excellent commercial herd focusing on fertility, carcass traits and temperament. These Heifers were a pleasure to assess and handle in the yards showing exceptional length and shape. They have been running on Turnip crop over winter and are now in the process of loosing their coats running on fertilized green grass and clover. Suitable to join now as young heifers or run on to join at a larger mature size. These heifers have the ability to grow into front paddock cows that will stand up in all conditions. Good feet and conformation are qualities that Quamby Plains are know for in their stud & commercial herd. Buyers please note: Vendor has 3 lots of heifers in sale. 1sts - 32 head. 2nds - 63 head. 3rds - 20 head. Assisting me was Bill Aldridge (Level 1 cattle assessor) 0418 236 319
