Assessor Comments
Genuine opportunity to secure quality heifers from one of the New England’s oldest and most respected Angus Studs! These are an outstanding line of EU Glenavon heifers that have been classed. Sired by leading Glenavon Bred sons of SP Nolte, Werner Westward, Wattletop G188, Lawsons Momentus, Carabar Docklands, Pathfinder General K7 and Rennylea N479. These heifers are out of amazingly fertile cows having been conceived in a tight 6 week joining period. Heifers are bred for high growth, moderate mature cow weights, fertility and longevity. Presenting Lot 5a, 20 well grown heifers averaging 309kg. Yard weaned, all animal health treatments processed and ready to join to the bull of your choice. Note - heifers were preg tested at assessment, with all being PTE and classed in as sound for reproduction. Available to view at our Open Day Saturday 3rd August and at our Bull Sale Monday 5th August. Please note - odd heifer is recovering from ringworm with some old scarring showing in photos.
