Steers worked well through the yards at assessment and weighing. I would only think they have settled even more over the last week through the weaning process.

Approx. 80 VGQ No.2 Droughtmaster Steers. At assessment these steers weighed from 172-326kg to ave. 244kg. The steers have been bred from VGQ Droughtmaster and DroughtmasterX cows using VGQ Droughtmaster bulls. These steers have been yard weaned and tailed out daily, they are ready to explode on good feed. The steers have been in hand for up to two weeks and are being feed quality oaten hay while in yards and fresh mitchell grass and seasonal herbage while tailed out.
