Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Majority of the steers have a good temperament with a few slightly stirry steers in the mob. Steers have had plenty of training and handling. The odd steer stirred up under pressure in the crush, however, calmed down once released.

Assessor Comments
Approximately 114 (3 decks) of GQ Brahman and Brahman X No.2 Steers. At assessment, these steers weighed 211-375kg to average 265kg after being mustered to the yards. Steers were purchased from the Mount Garnet district at the start of the year & have been performing very well. 20 steers were mouthed and all presented milk teeth. The steers are predominantly medium framed with a few smaller framed steers in the mob. This line of steers would be ideal to background for the grass fed bullock market or for the live export market. Please note a few of the steers have ringworm scars.
