100 VGQ HGP Free Vendor Bred Droughtmaster Steers. They Exhibit Very Good Bone, Length, Depth and Frame for their age. These Steers are from a Highly Regarded, Control Mated Herd with the quality to grow out to Very Good Heavy Feeders or Bullocks. They are Quiet, have Good Feet & are Tidy around the Head. They have been running in a rotational grazing system after being weaned from their mothers in August & are used to Single Wire Electric Fences as well as Medicated Water (urea phosphate and ammonium sulphate plus trace elements, brand name ‘uphos’). They have been drafted into a reasonably tight weight range at assessment for buyer satisfaction. There are 10 Steers with Slight Humps & 2 Steers with minor Rub Marks from Flybite. Steers are PCAS Eligible. Kennedy Rural have 96 similar steers located 20km down the road in the same sale if buyers wanted to make up 6 decks.
