Steers flowed very well through the yards, race and crush. Typical North Western Bred cattle; can rush but block up with presance and feel threatened when singled out but relaxed once back within the mob. 22 Steers did become agitated in the crush and once let out moved quickly back to mob but almost instantly settled.

Assessor Comments
Offering 126 as a run out the gate draft of 252 Droughtmaster #3 Steers. These steers were drafted into a tight weight range from 300kg - 399kg to average 335kg full and present in Store/Forward store condition. They are all vendor bred, HGP FREE and Milk Tooth, and are all sired by the very good Eddington Droughtmaster Bulls. These steers show plenty of bone, depth and style whilst offering good compensatory gain and will grow into heavy feeders or grass fed bullocks. All the work is already done including educated right, yard weaned, tailed out daily and trucking experience. These #3 steers are Jan/April 2023 drop and were treated with Zeromec drench applied randomly as a mob spray as the steers were yarded to deter fly, however a full drench was not administered. "Waterloo" is located south of the tick line in clean country, please note strict delivery date of 12.03.24
