Steers were respectful and pliable at all times whilst in the backyards. The very odd steer pushed to get in to the crush, but were quick to settle when confined and when released.

Assessor Comments
A tidy line of brahman cross, vendor bred, EU accredited backgrounder steers. The Hancock pastoral cattle have a strong reputation for performance on either grass or grain, and this draft would be usually retained to take to heavy grass fed bullock specs. Steers are well handled and generally tidy around the head, with only the odd steer showing very slight horn regrowth. Consider suitable for most grass fattening or backgrounding applications. NB abbreviated delivery dates.
