78 VGQ HGP Free Crossbred Steers. They Exhibit Very Good Bone, Length, Depth and Frame for their age. Ideal Steers to grow out to Heavy Feeder or Slaughter Steers for Domestic or Export Markets. They have Good Feet, Tidy Heads & are Quiet. There are 71 Flatbacks & 7 Steers with Medium Hump Height or Brahman content. All of the Steers were mouthed with solid Milk Teeth. Take note of the tight weight range they were drafted into, with only 3 Steers heavier than 425 kg. They were weighed after having access to hay & water overnight, however they hardly marked the bale. Would consider their weights to be reasonably well curfewed, however have taken off another 5% as a precaution. There is 1 Steer with Flybite Rub Marks & 1 Steer with a Slightly Twisted Nose. Vendor has another B-Double of Softer Steers in the same sale. They are running together in the same paddock so would prefer to deliver in a similar timeframe.
