Assessor Comments
To be offered are 92 backgrounding steers with plenty of frame, present in store condition and are a good line of steers who will reach further weight gain potential on crop with options for buyers for short or long term weight gains. These steers were very quiet to handle in yards and have been worked with horses, bikes and dogs. Whilst these steers are marked, 3 steers still had some pizzle exposed but showed no other male characteristics. Some steers showing brindle in coats but steers overall would be best described as Brangus and crossbred steers with other crosses, please see photos and video for own satisfaction. Buyers please note delivery date. The heavier end of the steers were mouthed and all being solid milk tooth. Good frame steers that are bred in western Queensland just waiting to show their full potential.
