Excellent group of mostly vendor bred backgrounder or feeder steers. Steers were good to handle, didn't show any signs of aggression in the yard. The odd steer when placed under pressure or away from its mates did show signs of minor agitation.
While in the crush temperament was similar with the odd steer taking offence at being mouthed. Overall excellent to handle.

A very good line of mostly vendor bred Droughtmaster X backgrounder type steers, 120 No x 0 and 5 x No 9's.
80 head sample mouthed up with 78 x 0t and 2 x 2t. Steers have a good reputation for doing well.
Vendor has pre-treated steers and will guarantee clearance on farm to any tick free areas . Please note 2 steers have slight ruptures around purse. Not considered detrimental to animals.
BUYERS PLEASE NOTE Vendor has another line of 56 Heavy Droughtmaster X Steers available in the same sale.
Buyers also please note photos and videos of this lot contain both the vendors sale lines in this sale. The bangtailed steers make up the line of 56 Heavy Steers and the longtails are part of the 125 head lot.
