43 VGQ HGP Free Speckle Park, Angus & Santa Steers. Majority Exhibit Very Good Bone, Length, Depth & Frame for their age with Tidy Head & Good Feet. They are well suited to grow out to Heavy Feeder or Slaughter weights on Crop, Grass or Grain & are suitable for the Supermarket Trade or Heavy Export markets. They were weighed after a 16 hour curfew off feed & water & will be fed Good Quality Rhodes Grass Hay until delivery. The 27 Vendor Bred Steers are out of VGQ Medium to Large Frame Angus/Santa Cows by VGQ Speckle Park Bulls. There are 8 Purchased Santa Steers (Bangtailed) from “Alice Downs” Blackall or “Killarney Park” Tambo & another 8 Angus Cross Steers purchased from Roma district. There is 1 Black Steer included with Blue Eye Scarring in near side eye that I suspect is on the way down (see last photo). Vendor has another 4 decks of Santa Feeder Steers in the same sale.
