Steers worked quietly through the yards with a couple getting slightly agitated when pressured. 8 head showed signs of impatience while in the weigh box.

A deck of good quality No. 3 Brahman Steers that have been born and raised in the tick free area north of Jericho. There are 2 Decks of the lighter end of the mob in the auction. These Steers have the capacity to grow out into Bullocks. There are a couple of polled Steers with the remaining that will need dehorning to tidy their heads up. Steers are in good healthy condition. Steers were weighed on a full 12 hour curfew. There are 20 grey, 4 red, 2 honey, 1 black and 1 white brindle in the mob. You are buying off the nominated price as per the adjusted delivery assessment.

His sire is the $280,000 Millah Murrah Rocket man, so he is bred in the purple. He was one of the crowd favourites at Beef week at Rocky where we had him on display. He is very docile & a bit of a character with a strong sires head. He is an early maturing, positive fat bull that exhibits extreme thickness right through with a beautiful slick skin type, very tidy sheath & good scrotal development. Possibly could suit a Brangus stud breeding program we think to add some thickness & doing ability without losing the slick skin type. Top 20% 400 day growth & Top 5% & 15% for fats. DonÕt miss this good young bull.
