A very good line of vendor bred Angus steers being the lead draft of 40 from 90 steers at Eagleview Angus by Talooby and Coffin Creek Angus bulls. Steers displayed plenty of softness, depth of body and present in fresh forward condition. Steers were yard weaned in April for 7 days with hay racks & water troughs and handled well through the yards and crush at assessment.
Ideal Angus steers to put away on a winter oat crop and take through to heavy feeder or export slaughter weights. Weight range 345kg to 268kg.
