These have not had all that much handling since weaning are not yard savy just yet so are easily spooked and most will always follow ring leaders. Nothing that could be described as stirry in the mob in the bigger yards though. These tend to gallop about a bit and need to be steadied down through a gateway, not unusual.

The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED Santa and Santa X backgrounder steers that come with a great reputation. Regularly offered on A+ that always attracted plenty of repeat buyers who have commented on the great performance these steers deliver them. These steers are stragglers that missed being assessed on previous occasions with most being No1’s and a few No0’s in them that have been mouthed as milk tooth. These steers are ideal for restockers to take through to heavier export feedlot entry weights. Clean country buyers note they are offered GUARANTEED CLEAR of the dip. Noted approx. 2% with signs of old ring worm scars, no issues here. There is also an additional heavier line of steers in this sale as well and if a buyer puts both lots together they will fit on a B-Double easily. Please be aware there is also a 2 deck lot of heifers as well in the sale. Steers that come highly recommended.
