Assessor Comments
These crossbred steers have been enjoying a good season on Mum and have the quality and frame to be ideally suited to background on grass or crop through to feeder or kill weights. The Brahman and tropical breed content portion has been drafted off leaving steers that would suit most flatback jobs. There is 3 steers that are slightly rougher in the coat, a result of being mismothered when purchased as Cow/calf units. There is one Charbray steer that has been late cut, and still has a small amount of swelling in purse, not expected to be a problem. Please note, 2 steers were noticed to have some hair loss around their eye and one on the head, likely to be ring worm. There is one brindle in this mob. Vendor has 21 brahman, brahman/cross steers and 2 lots of heifers in the same sale.
