Coming off fresh feed steers were feeling good and were unsettled in the race and headbale. Settled down much better when put back into the yard. One steers was still a little unsettled and faster than the rest.

A tidy line of Santa Cross Steers that have been weaned and starting to do after having had a bit over 3 weeks on an oats crop. Versatile steers that are soft enough to do a trade job and with enough frame to grow out to a heavy feeder or bullock. 1 stag in the mob, testicle had not dropped at marking but is noticable now. Please note vendor has 17 heifers in the same sale and the mothers to these steers in the Eastern States being sold as PTIC cows.
