Steers are in good condition and fit to travel any distance required, 40mm of rain fell at time of assessment so steers stomachs should get used to the green feed.

On offer is a quality line of back grounder steers that will be ideal for the future heavy feedlot or slaughter markets. Steers are starting to go ahead nicely even with the limited feed due to the dry conditions, at time of assessment steers were treated with Genesis Pour, A few steers have fly bite and other rub marks. Vendor will deliver the steers across the scales to Clermont Sale yards, steers will do a overnight curfew in the Mount Cooper yards and truck at daylight the next day to Clermont which is 400 Kilometres away to be weighed straight off truck. On offer also is 143 of the crossbred steers from the same vendor.
