Assessor Comments
Buyers here is a VGQ 3 deck line of Vendor Bred Charolais and Angus cross weaned steers. This is the lead draft of the creamy and black steers out of the Barford weaners for2023 with a tail removed. Steers stand on good bone and show great length and depth with very good weight for age. Steers were bred on Vendors 3 properties and returned to Barford at weaning where they had access to pellets during the weaning process before being returned to grass. these steers are gaining a reputation for performance on grass or grain and would be Ideally suited to the Bullock fattener or to take through to heavy feeder weights. Please note steers descibed with horn are only weaner horns well inside ear ,2 steers observed to have been castrated last month at weaning and 2 with slight blue spot on one eye neither considered detrimental . Vendor has 2 other mobs of brothers this sale.
