Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Strs have been well handled since being purchased but their temperament in the yards has not improved. Strs tended to run as a mob into corners of the yard and were very hard to block through gateways, in the race they pushed and some strs wanted to climb on others. In crush 13 strs were settled and quiet, balance were unsettled to very adjitated. Mostly they wanted to run away from yard man. They were settled during photos when given plenty of room. Video attached shows % of strs are sensible.

Assessor Comments
A line of well bred Angus x Angus steers presenting in strong store condition that had an average weight at assessment of 380.7kg after a -5% curfew. Steers have plenty of frame without carrying a lot of condition and would be ideal to grow onto heavy export feeder steers and should do so quickly with the right nutrition.
