Cattle were helicopter mustered the previous day and held overnight. They were free flowing and respectful in the back yards. The odd steer became anxious in the race but settled quickly when returned to the mob.

An even line of vendor bred , crossbred, backgrounder steers (301 kg to 365 kg at assessmnet after an overnight dry curfew). Steers are well grown, and have the breeding and confirmation to backgound to either domestic or export feeder weights. Traditionally retained, by the vendor,and grown out to high quality grass fed Jap bullock weights these steers in recent times have been sold to feedlotters have reported strong performance. NB # other lots offerred in this sale by the same vendor.
