Nice quiet heifers, they traveled through the yards and crush without a worry. We worked in fairly small yards so they had more pressure on them and still handled well. A couple heifers became agitated near the end of the assessment but settled once back with the mob.

Assessor Comments
Buyers on offer is a nice line of 21 weaned Hereford heifers. These are nice quiet heifers, with a good number of heifers having good pigment around the eyes and 12 of the heifers being polled. These heifers were bought out of Dalby to take advantage of some extra feed and have been putting on 0.8kg in the paddock. They are in strong, healthy store condition and show plenty of frame, they are a great trade heifer or could be carried onto heavier feeder weights. There also could be a pick in them to be retained as future breeders. Buyers please note there is one heifer that has a scarred patch where she was branded (see last photo) and a couple of others whose brand has scarred, they can be seen in the video. These have healed and are not at all detrimental to the heifers.
