Calves were pretty good to handle having not alot of handling. Once drafted off in their lot they were sensible and good to work with. Will benefit from yard weaning

21 good quality Angus/Brahman steers that have good shape and type. These steers are out of good frame mostly grey brahman cows by Angus Bulls. They were purchased from Walcha as cow and calf units in the Autumn. Exact bloodlines unknown but i was impressed with the style and quality of the steers. They were good to handle for the breed and were pretty sensible in the yards and crush. Steers are 7-10 mths and all weighed 200kg plus to av 266.5 kg. Please note vendor has 3 other lots to total 78 hd. Yards not suitable to wean so will be weaned onto truck.
