Assessor Comments
Attention all backgrounders, today we have to offer 27 vendor bred Brangus Cross Steers. The Steers are currently being weaned at the Murgon Saleyards for ease of clearing and being fed on grassy lucerne hay. The Steers are sired by Burenda Angus and Brangus bulls and this is seen throughout their quality. They all presented well and handled through the yards with ease. On assessment the Steers averaged 196kg on delivery and showed great shape and frame for age. Please do take note that Vendors also has Steers and Heifers in the same sale from the same location. These cattle were located in the Tick area however have had a pretreatment and are now at the Murgon Saleyard, Vendor will pay clear of the dip for anyone in clean country. On assessment it was noted 2 Steers with a red tinge through their coat.
