Buyers a line of 94 PCAS eligible Santa & Droughtmaster X weaned heifers that is best described as medium to large frame and in store condition with plenty of compensatory gain to be had. Heifers were weaned in November 2023 and are just starting to go ahead after recent falls of rain. A nice, neat line of lightweight flatback red weaner heifers that are ideal to put away on grass and grow out to heavier weights. In this line majority heifers are branded with a #3 however did notice 7 x head with #2 which were all mouthed and presented with milk teeth. Vendor believes a mistake by contractor last year. Also noticed at assessment was 1 x heifer with a slight twist in nose but not detrimental and hard to notice. Buyers please note 2 x family brands in this lot.
