Majority of heifers are extremely quiet, especially in the paddock and in larger yards. Some showed signs of stress when pressured and in the crush but settled very quickly once in mob.

Assessor Comments
On offer is a neat 5 deck line of good quality Brahman & Brahman Cross heifers to go into a paddock or onto feed. Vendor purchased from Brewarrina and Dalby earlier this year and with the phenomenal winter rain in the district, the heifers have had an abundance of natural herbages and salines, along with buffel and Mitchell grasses from last summer. Heifers have done over 1kg/day since last weighing 6 weeks ago. Heifers are very quiet in the paddock, and larger yards and very easy to handle. My opinion that majority of heifers are well bred, especially the crossbred types which were the heavier end on the scales. All the hard work has been done for the next buyer with a range of options on hand, the lead would be ready to join with the tail ideal to put back into the paddock. Two older looking heifers were mouthed showing milk teeth, ideally more would have been mouthed but facilities were unsafe to do so. One heifer was noticed to have a weeping eye, will be checked at delivery.
