These weaners are settling down very quickly. They will be tailed out and handled further between assessment and delivery so would envisage these will settle down even more by then. They are not totally yard savy just yet so odd steer is easily spooked and most will always follow ring leaders. Nothing that could be described as aggressive in the mob in the bigger yards and they still need to be steadied down through a gateway, not unusual.

The Consuelo EU ACCREDITED Santa backgrounder steers that come with a great reputation. Regularly offered on A+ that always attracted plenty of repeat buyers who have commented on the great performance these steers deliver them. Most show good bone and muscling and depth of barrel. These steers look to have had no sign of any setback, a few of the lighter steers are a bit dried out but not stunted. Only 28 in the entire run of 411 are under 200kgs. They are loaded with eye appeal and have a plenty of breed character. Lightweight steers ideal for restockers to put away for the long term. Clean country buyers note they are offered GUARANTEED CLEAR of the dip. Noted approx. 2% with a small amount of old Buffalo fly rub and a small number with old ring worm scarring, no issues expected here. Also a few with some white markings on them (head and underline). 10 decks (411) of these steers offered in 5 lots to be delivered into even lots if purchased by different buyers.
