Assessor Comments
A small line of well bred heifers from good quality Angus, Shorthorn and Santa Red Angus bulls, showing characteristics that will give buyers confidence when purchasing. These heifers look sappy in the yards and would really bounce on good pasture. They would make great future breeders and history would tell the Baroona cattle perform well in feedlots. Only the best cows have been retained on "Baroona" over the years as seasons have dictated heavier culling. These heifers would be retained longer but drier conditions has the vendor looking to reduce numbers. There are 41 steers in same sale that would make a nice 2 deck load, they averaged 300kg. One heifer was noted to be more brindle in colour than the others.

Yes, last access to bulls/stags: 10/10/2021
Joining Access Details
This herd is based on continuous joined cows so these heifers have had access to bulls but personally I believe it would be unlikely anything would be in calf.
