AN OPPORTUNITY EXISTS TO PURCHASE A GOOD LINE OF CROSSBRED BACKGROUNDING STEERS WITH PLENTY OF FRAME AND PRESENT IN STORE CONDITION. THESE STEERS WILL HAVE GOOD WEIGHT GAIN POTENTIAL WHEN PUT ON A RISING PLAIN OF NUTRITION TO REACH EITHER FEEDLOT WEIGHTS OR TO TAKE THROUGH TO HEAVIER KILL WEIGHTS. THESE STEERS ARE VERY QUIET TO HANDLE IN YARDS AND HAVE BEEN WORKED WITH HORSES, BIKES AND DOGS. AT ASSESSMENT THERE WAS ONE STEER WITH SCARRING ON ONE EYE BUT NO PROBLEMS WITH VISION. APPOXIMATELY FIVE STEERS WITH THICKER HEADS DUE TO LATE MARKING BUT NOT SHOWING ANY STRONG MALE CHARACTERISTICS. THERE IS ABOUT 5 BRINDLES IN THE MOB. STEERS ARE MAINLY 0'S WITH A HANDFUL (5) OF NUMBER 9'S ALL STEERS MOUTHED AND WERE MILK TOOTH.

STEERS HAVE BEEN RUNNING ON MULGA AND BOX COUNTRY WITH NATIVE GRASSES AND LOW MULGA. THEY HAVE ALSO BEEN FEED A LOOSE LICK.
