Heifers worked very well through a good set of yards considering they are fresh weaners. There was only a small amount of bellow considering they were straight off Mum, suggesting that the heavier end may have already been weaned by the cow.

A TIDY LINE OF BACKGROUNDING CROSSBRED HEIFERS THAT ARE ENJOYING A GOOD START IN LIFE. THESE HEIFERS HAVE GOOD CONFIRMATION AND WOULD BE SUITALBLE AS FUTURE BREEDERS OR TO TAKE THROUGH TO THE FEEDLOT OR HEAVIER KILL WEIGHTS. AT ASSESSMENT ONE HEIFER WAS NOTICED TO HAVE A SMALL AMOUNT OF WARTS AROUND ONE EYE WHILE ANOTHER HAD SOME HAIR LOSS AROUND THE EYES, SUGGESTING LICE. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE 6 BRAHMAN HEIFERS IN THIS MOB, 1 HEIFER DISPLAYING SOME MINOR WAGYU CHARACTERICTICS, AND 2 BRINDLE HEIFERS. VENDOR HAS ONE OTHER LOT OF HEIFERS AND TWO LOTS OF STEERS IN THE SAME SALE.
