Temperament not assessed in Paddock
Very quiet to handle, only 3 steers were considered slightly stirry in the crush when being weighed. Weaning protocols show huge benefit with the temperament of these steers. They are quiet out in the larger yards and very easily to handle.

Assessor Comments
Buyers here are some very quiet good quality Hereford steers that have had a very good start in life with generally good feed conditions in front of them to date. They have presented in store to forward store condition and show pretty good weight for age. They look to be very healthy and have no eye issues or any other inhibiting factors that will prevent them from performing. These would suit restockers to take on and background through to heavier export feedlot entry weights off either grass or crop. Noted two steers that have small soft horn about 2” long that will clean up very easily on arrival. As mentioned there is one steer that is slightly older by about 3 months, he weighed 454kgs and mouthed a milk tooth. These also had approx. 30-40mm on them overnight prior to mustering for assessment.
