Assessor Comments
To be offered 89 backgrounding xbred steers with plenty of frame that present in store condition. A good line of steers which will have further weight gain potentially on crop or grass with options for buyers for short or long term weight gains. Although these steers are classed as weaned steers, it appears the majority of these steers seemed to be self weaned due to their weight and age. Steers are marked, however 2 steers still had some pizzle exposed but showed no other male characteristics. Most steers stand on good bone with 2 steers with warts on shoulder and around the eyes. 6 steers showing brindle in coats but steers overall would be best described as Brangus & crossbred steers with other crosses, please see photos and video for own satisfaction. Buyers please note delivery date due to rain forecast. The heavier end of the steers were mouthed and all being solid milk tooth. Good framed steers that are bred in western Queensland just waiting to show their full potential.
