Steers were very good to handle. They flowed through crush and race without too much fuss. They were well Weaned in yards for 10 days in early June.

A generally very good line of EU Accredited Angus Weaner steers .The second run of the Glenmore Weaners reflecting good breeding practices. Steers range from 304 kg to 374 kg and average 344.4 kg 2 hours off feed at assessment . Projected delivery weight is approx. 323.8 kg allowing for 6% curfewed delivery adjustment. These Steers are suitable to grow out to be heavy long fed feeders or target Angus MSA domestic slaughter grass or grain markets. Note 2 Steers had a slight sheath, 2 had some white from around pizzle back to purse area and 1 had a white purse. Eyes were good with approx. 1 cloudy eye in 1 Steer. From a good herd and principally by AI sires.
