These heifers were a treat to handle and draft though the yards. Heifers that were slightly stirry or stirry in the crush was mainly from being isolated or asked to stand on the platform for too long. The heifers were very easy to move from yard to yard after being weighed and mouthed. The heifers were very good to walk though while taking photos and counting out the gateway with little to no rush while doing so.

Assessor Comments
Buyers this is an opportunity not to be missed to purchase 104 Angus/Santa heifers to take home and join to the bull of your choice. These heifers have had no known contact with any bulls or stags to the best of the vendors knowledge. The vendor have not retained any heifers for breeding purposes. The Chandler herd is widely regarded as one of the top herds in Western QLD with progeny regularly topping sales in Blackall & Roma. These heifers would be an asset to any breeding operation with the ability to grow into outstanding breeders to produce progeny to match all markets from future breeders to feeders or bullocks. Heifers would also suit the lot feeder. Buyers please note there are 2 heifers with small warts on their eyes and ears, 3 heifers with fly bites around their eyes and 1 heifer with fly rub marks on her neck not expected to be an issue.
