Steers were very easy to handle throughout the yards, the very odd steer got agitated in the crush but on the whole a very nice mob of steers to handle.

Offering 142 Brangus/Brangus cross steers. Steers present & handled extremely well & would be ideal to continue on as backgrounders or feeder steers. Steers were bred in very hard Spinifex & Spear grass country at Torrens Creek & have done extremely well since being on Agistment at "Avoca". Steers are from 17 months to 21 months of age & any steer found over 400kg was mouthed. Steers range from 295kg to 465kg with only 1 steer being under 300kg. Steers offered $/head or c/kg live, weighed either Roma Saleyard or Morven Spelling centre after an overnight DRY curfew at "Avoca" with buyer paying all freight.

Returned to: Steers have returned to a fresh paddock, with good stands of fresh Buffel & other grasses.
