They were very good to handle in the yard and at the crush when weighed. 16 head were slightly stirry when weighed but most settled down in the yard. They should be well handled and quiet by delivery. They have already been tailed out of the yard and were only weaned 5 days prior to being assessed.

80 VGQ HGP Free vendor bred, one brand, flatback crossbred mixed sex weaners. The majority have good bone and they shold grow out into good feedlot weight cattle or finish on grass or crops for the domestic trade market. They are very tidy around the head and have good feet. They were all weaned by the 4th October and most are quiet and well handled. 6 head would be classed as having a small crest on their neck and could have up to 30% Bos Indicus blood. There are 2 Brindles, 30 with white faces, 4 head old eye tissue scarring and 4 head with weeping eyes. There is a sign of some lice on these weaners. The 40 hefiers averaged 224 kg and the 40 steers averaged 241 kg when assessed. There is one steer & one heifer each with an undershot jaw included in the sale. There will be a discount of $250 per head of these two head. "Alni" is Prickly Acacia Free.
