The steers are very good to handle in and throughout the yards, they required normal steadying through gates, 8 were quick off the scales through the side gate & agitated if cornered however if handled quietly respond in kind. Very quiet when walking through the yard for photos showing normal flight zone.

Good quality Santa & Santa cross steers from a large frame herd of quality Santa & Santa x cows.The Mt Cornish herd are noted performing cattle having infused top quality Santa genetics over large frame quality Shorthorn cows over many years targeting the feeder and weaner market. This is a very even draft of steers - relatively even in size and with a pretty tight weight range 84% are 260-360kg. Two family brands. 61 steers branded #1& 29 steers branded #0. 3 steers with white markings, a star, patch or undeline & 1 steer with a twisted offset tail.
